We are part of the Reformed Church in America, which is the longest continuously running denomination in America. The word Reformed comes from the Protestant Reformation that swept across Europe in the 1500s under the leadership of such men as Martin Luther and John Calvin. Calvin’s reformation at Geneva spread to many countries, including Scotland (where it became the Presbyterian Church) and the Netherlands (where it became our ancestor, the Dutch Reformed Church).

We are a strong, Christ-centered, Biblically-based, mission-minded Church. We are active in the community with the knowledge that we are called to “let your light so shine before men that they may glorify your Father in Heaven.” We also stand on the belief that a Christian’s life is his biggest testimony to the world.

We are a healthy mixture of lifelong members and new members, seniors and youth, all of whom are valued equally, and encouraged to serve in the Christian family. We have many monthly and annual events which encourage fellowship and service. *PLEASE SEE THE CALENDAR PAGE TO VIEW EVENTS.

Our services are a mixture of traditional and contemporary. The pew Bibles are the New International Version, with a strong history of King James. We use both the traditional hymnal (Hymns for the Family of God) and a contemporary songbook (Sing! A New Creation). Our music leader plays the organ and piano. We have a choir and often, special guest music. During the Church service, a brief children’s sermon is given, where the children are invited to the front of the Church to participate. Half way through the morning service, children (5th grade and under) are invited downstairs to participate in a Jr. Church service which helps to involve the youth in an age-appropriate curriculum.

Sunday School is available and encouraged for all ages with the knowledge that if the parents are in Sunday School, so the children will be as well.

We are here to serve God, and in that, our fellow man, our brothers and sisters. If you are in need of any assistance or have any questions at all, please contact the Church at 1 (315) 597-4341, Please leave a message and your call will be promptly returned.

“FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH ON HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.”   John 3:16
